Northampton, United Kingdom Postworks Ltd Full time

**Salary**:£21,000 + bonuses and incentives

**Hours**:9.00am - 5:30pm

**Location**:Northampton
**Who We're Looking For**

Are you passionate about tech? Do you have a knack for helping people solve problems? Do you get a thrill from making the digital world more accessible? Then we might have just the job for you.

**The Role**

Postworks is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our IT team, offering first-line support for users of our innovative hybrid mail services. You'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our software suite - from PostworksHUB, our web portal for account management, to Postworks API, our REST-based service for developers.

Whether customers are uploading Word documents for mailing via PostboxPrint or managing their incoming mail with Postworks Receive, you'll be there to guide them, step by step. And with our system built for flexibility, you'll be well-equipped to meet almost any client requirement.

**Your Responsibilities**

You’ll troubleshoot tech issues, answer customer queries about their accounts, assist with uploads, and escalate any financial or sales-related concerns to the appropriate teams. But above all, you’ll be the friendly voice that reassures our customers when things go wrong, guiding them to a swift resolution.

You'll also help customers harness the power of our Postworks Send service. You'll guide them as they send individual items or bulk mailings, even teaching them to split or merge files based on their needs. And you'll be right there when they receive their mail, helping them to categorise items and utilise our digital scanning services.

**Benefits & Perks**

We offer a starting salary of £21,000, plus bonuses. You’ll also enjoy free daily lunches, two 'duvet days' each year, plus 24 days of holiday. And did we mention the monthly rewards? We’re talking spa days, restaurant vouchers, and more.

**Why Join Us?**

It's about more than perks. It's about joining a company that's at the forefront of hybrid mail technology. A company that prioritises sustainability and is the only carbon neutral postal supplier in the UK. It's about being a part of the Postworks team, where you'll get to use your tech-savvy skills to make a real difference to our customers.

**How to Apply**

So, do you have what it takes to be our next IT Customer Service Specialist? If you’re excited about this opportunity and ready to make a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.

**Requirements**:

- Abilty to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4

**Desirables**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great organisational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of IT and computer systems, with a strong interest in further developing technical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

**Please note: While knowledge of our specific software would be advantageous, it is not a requirement. We believe in growing our team’s capabilities through robust on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.**

(Postworks is an equal opportunity employer.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Sick pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
