Recruitment Consultant -£23,000 to £25,000 basic salary (+ Double OTE)

Location: Cannock Staffordshire

My client is a small boutique independent recruitment agency and due to ambitious growth plans they are seeking to recruit passionate, driven, self-motivated and competitive Sales Professionals/Recruitment Consultants who can work independently and as part of a team to join their friendly successful recruitment agency.

- They are seeking individuals with a sales-growth mindset who wants to control their own earnings through their highly competitive commission opportunities.
- Previous experience in a targeted B2B sales environment is essential as well as a passion to have a career in the recruitment industry.
