Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Vantage Consulting is seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining a network of clients, and placing candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess job specifications and create compelling job adverts
- Qualify and screen candidates through phone and video interviews
- Manage interview and offer processes
- Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
- Pitch for retained business
