We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of clients and placing candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including assessing job specs, creating adverts, qualifying and screening candidates, managing interview and offer processes, and gaining specialist market information to grow market share.
