As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining a network of clients, and placing candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess job specifications and create compelling job adverts
- Qualify and screen candidates through phone and video interviews
- Manage interview and offer processes to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Gain specialist market information to drive business growth and market share
