**Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Banbury**

**Salary: Dependent on **experience**

**Hours**:08:45 to 16:45 Monday to Friday

Wright Staff is working with a well-established business in Banbury, who are looking for a Sales Coordinator.

**Responsibilites & Main Duties**:The key activity of the Sales Coordinator is as follows:

- OEM/Distributor/Key Account Management-Dealing with general day to daye nquiries
- Ensuring customers are kept upto date with current products & stock promotions.
- Look for opportunities to provide the best possible solutions and services to the client
- Timely generation of Scheduled Stocklists for our Uk/Export OEM /distributors
- CRM - Update and data cleanse the CRM system to ensure all data is being captured and is correct
- Act as sales support for the CRM function
- Processing functions to include Proposal Generation, Order Processing, Sales Documentation generation.
- Preparing documents for deliveries both UK/Export
- Prepare for customer visits,point of contact for manager/visitors.
- Forwarding Sales Leads to relevant colleagues.
- Managing incoming/outbound sales calls
- Supporting the UK/Export Sales Managers
- Establish solid working relationships with OEM and distributor accounts
- Provide an efficient and friendly service of customer care through the prompt and professional handling of enquiries

**Specific Skills**:

- Microsoft Word, Excel
- SAP or similar systems
- Use of a CRM system

**Work Hours & Benifits**:
