Joining an HR Team of 70 people, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, reviewing and amending HR policies. This is a diverse opportunity that will allow you to research and analyse forthcoming legislation to ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant.
- Policy management
- Overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of UK HR policies, ensuring that they remain current and compliant
- Policy Owner for the UK Employee Handbook
- Anticipate internal and external factors which may influence policy change
- Prepare reports and gather research to outline implications or changes to legislation
- Own the annual review of UK employment contracts
- Company Forums: Executive Job Description & Breach Governance
- Act as the main contact and coordinator for the company Job Description Working Group
- Coordinate the annual review of all Senior Management/Executive and Certified Persons Job Descriptions
- Co-ordinate the Breach Control Working Group in accordance with the Breach policy
- HR Communication
- Engagement with internal stakeholders
- Projects
- Lead on designated HR projects
- Experience of working in similar role ideally within a regulated sector
- Broad HR knowledge and understanding of working practices and employment legislation
- Ability to work autonomously
