**About the Job**:
I am a woman in my 40s with additional learning needs. I can be outgoing, chatty and enjoy keeping busy.
I would like the PA to support me to access various activities in the community and to develop independence skills in my home.
I enjoy swimming, skiing and attending my clubs.
I am looking for a PA who will listen and respect my views and take an interest in my chosen activities.
To be able to drive is essential for some of the activities I attend, so business car insurance will be required.
I enjoy using public transport when there are no time constraints.

Responsible to - Directly to the employer

**Main Tasks**:
It is important that the PA can be flexible to allow me to access my chosen activities - Gateway club and swimming (weekly), skiing (monthly), exercise class/meal preparation and cooking (fortnightly).
I have a nut allergy and care must be taken with regard to food.
I would like the PA to help me widen my life skills at home and in the community.
I will need assistance with money and time management.
I would like the PA to promote my independence.
I would like the PA to undertake any other duties which may be reasonably allocated and fall within the scope and responsibility of this role.
I would like the PA to undertake relevant training as required.

Establish a professional standard of care which should be always maintained.
Be punctual, reliable, and flexible.
Undertake this role with due regard to my physical, social, educational, and recreational needs.
Respect and safeguard mine and my family’s goods.
Respect my privacy and always uphold confidentiality.
Be kind, reassuring and patient.
Ensure that due consideration is given to Health and Safety at all times.
Be enthusiastic and be open to new experiences.
If you use your car for work purposes, you will need to show me that you have business use on your car insurance. Any petrol costs incurred need to be mutually agreed before undertaking any journey.
