**The Opportunity**

Calling all HR Advisors, Senior HR Advisors and HR Managers

**Here are some of the key responsibilities that apply**:

- Full scope of HR duties and responsibilities (operational and strategic level) - talent management, organisation design/succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and training & development
- Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and successfully onboard new team members
- Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limited to - payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration); in parallel with HR strategic/higher level operational planning
- HR policies and procedures in line with local labour law
- Presenting HR business reports to a diverse audience - including senior stakeholders

**What you need to apply**
- CIPD level 5 minimum qualification
- Experience of working as the sole HR expert or a small HR team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly
- Strong knowledge of local labour law
- Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate
- Previous line management experience is desirable
