CVL:LDN (Civil London) is looking for a motivated and self-motivated individual to fill the position of **Supervisor** on our crew. The Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operation of the crew, including safety, safety compliance, quality control, production and efficiency. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the daily operations of the crew and will be expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner.

**Essential Functions**:

- Supervise and monitor daily activities of the crew members.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain production standards.
- Ensure safe working conditions are met for all employees.
- Ensure safe working conditions are met for all employees.
- Maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
- Work closely with production team members to ensure that production goals are met.
- Work closely with sales department to ensure that orders are being filled correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment on site.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to listen carefully and speak clearly with others.
- Must have excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and follow instructions in a timely manner while completing projects independently without errors or problems.
- Must have excellent mechanical skills, including basic electrical knowledge, ability to troubleshoot basic electrical problems, ability to use hand tools, ability to use PPE (safety equipment) such as eye glasses, gloves, hardhat, etc., etc., etc., etc., must be able to use basic hand tools safely and effectively as well as perform basic electrical tasks safely as needed by the job site environment; must have experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks or trailers; must have experience operating power tools safely; must have experience operating hand tools; must be able to stand for long periods of time; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; must be able to bend, stoop, kneel or crouch as required in order to perform job duties; must be able to work in extreme weather conditions; must be able to work on site at construction sites or other projects as needed; must be able to wear appropriate PPE at all times (safety equipment includes hardhat, glasses, safety goggles, safety vest, PPE helmet) in order to remain safe at all times while performing job duties from start to finish; on-site safety is important; PPE training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; on-site safety training is provided when needed; sales experience preferred but not required
