**About The Role**:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be on-site field supervision ensuring teams are fully compliant with all safety, quality and regulatory process/ways of working, and ensure your gangs have all the correct kit, PPE, and equipment to carry out their day-to-day activities. On-site coaching, 1-1’s, performance conversations, and support to help drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- On site yard support with full PPE - Gangs to be out the yard by 8am at the latest
- Daily admin to be completed, blockage packs, values, timesheets, 1-1 write ups, reporting etc, until 10am at the latest - To be out on site daily by 10am at the latest
- Maintaining all daily objectives set by the Operations Manager
- Main point of contact for all field queries, issues and escalations from the gangs and client
- Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works as per the daily and weekly plan
- Close working relationship with the Co-ordinator for clean work scheduling into the field gangs
- Management/supervision of all operatives, subcontractors and associated plant
- Management and liaison with the QC team for the accurate recording all pictorial evidence, supplied by the Sub Contractors & DL. - SLD’s & As Builds
- Promoting Near Miss and Positive Intervention via safety culture
- Development of strong team working relationships across all work streams
- Ensuring all delivery KPI’s and targets are met or exceeded
- Uploading documents to company systems in real time as and when necessary, in line with business requirements - As Builds, SLD’s, van audits, quality audits, safety checks, pre sites etc
- Problem solving on site to maximise success rates - Find alternative solutions to reduce aborts
- Weekly submission of timesheets, material sheets and plant & site checklists
- Daily progress updates on the twice daily plan vs actuals calls for your gangs’ performance
