We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for our client based in Hellesdon who are looking to recruit a Customer Care administrator on a 12 month contract basis for maternity cover.

The Customer Services team is small and busy but they all are very friendly and will always help and offer guidance when needed.

The main duties for a member of the role would be:

- Processing orders for trade and retail customers
- Dealing with phone orders and enquiries
- Offering IT support for various apps
- Printing invoices and picking notes for warehouse
- Dealing with returns requests
- Adding title data to system
- Processing Monthly consignment sales
- Filing completed work

The salary is £17,300 and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 - this includes an hour for lunch (35 hour week)
