**PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR**

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Option 1 - 26 hours per week 0900-1600 Monday to Thursday (with 30 minutes lunch daily)

Option 2 - 22 hours per week 0900-1500 Monday to Thursday (with 30 minutes lunch daily)

**SALARY**:
Option 1 - Up to £15,000 per annum (26 hours per week) dependant on experience

Option 2 - Up to £12,692 per annum (22 hours per week) dependant on experience

From our Engineering and Project Management offices in Ely, near Cambridge, and Fabrication and Assembly facility in Swansea, South Wales, Oil & Gas Systems undertakes the complete design and supply of skid mounted or packaged equipment for the oil, gas and power industries, gas turbine producers and EPC companies.

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and professional individual to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our organization, and to carry out a wide range of administrative tasks for our engineering workshop.

Main duties include:

- Typical reception duties, such as welcoming visitors in person or on the telephone, issuing access fobs and badges, maintaining internal telephone directory and staff boards, meeting room management, incoming/outgoing mail etc.
- Ordering supplies, office supplies and office equipment.
- Looking after company pool cars, liaising with the landlord and managing service and maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate with local employment agencies.
- Assist with Maintaining personnel records (sickness, holidays, lateness etc.). Process staff timesheets and assist colleagues with processing temporary and permanent workers.
- Providing administrative support to colleagues as required. Typical tasks may include, for example booking travel and accommodation, assisting with raising non-contract Purchase Order paperwork, data input, collating and/or scanning documents, project document control, and coordinating the authorizing of invoices etc.
- Arrange hotels and travel and training courses for Gorseinon employees.

The employee carrying out our organization’s front of house function must have a polite, professional, and friendly outlook. They should be able to carry out the function with the minimum of supervision and will possess fabulous organization skills with a good standard of administrative and PC skills (to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet).
