Administrator - Swansea - Permanent Your new company
This is a permanent position, full-time, Monday-Friday. The working hours are 8:30-17:00, and it is a fully office-based role.
Your new role will be to provide general administrative support to the office. You will be responsible for undertaking any reasonable duties that are associated with administration within the department. You will input and maintain data on all relevant IT systems, raise orders into the system, schedule and arrange appointments and liaise with internal staff as well as external contractors. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with those clients.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has developed great administration skills and has experience of working within a customer service environment. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000. The organisation offer a company pension scheme, a cycle to work scheme and free on-site parking. The company often holds company events, which are a great chance for the team to socialise together.
