We are seeking a dedicated Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team in the Swansea Bay area. As a Community Learning Disability Nurse, you will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, working closely with their families and healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care co-ordination and planning
  • Assessment and treatment of mental health and behaviours that challenge
  • Supporting health promotion and health facilitation to reduce health inequalities
  • Carrying out physical nursing skills, such as health assessments and medication administration

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and up-to-date training certificates
  • At least 6 months UK experience as an RNLD
  • UK Resident and right to work in the UK
