**Job summary**

To provide excellent customer service as the front-line contact with our customers in a fast-paced environment

1. Answering the phone and dealing as appropriate with general queries received via the switchboard.

Sales orders/quotes processing (via Orderwise system) - Handle inbound customer orders, answer customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide product advice as needed.

Logging Customer returns & providing outcome

5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.

provide admin support to the Sales team, enabling the team to maximise sales and improve the customer experience.

1. General sales admin tasks

2. Providing POD (Proof of deliveries) to clients

3. Follow up with customers on purchase order status changes or delivery delays that might occur in the fulfilment process.

4. Process payments for orders and follow up on payment discrepancies or billing disputes.

5. Resolving courier issues (via Orderwise system and carrier portals) - Liaise with logistics partners to organize effective shipping solutions according to customer specifications including product packaging requirements & sizes/dimensions of shipments etc

6. Customer returns and credit (via Orderwise system)

7. Warehouse assistance from office when necessary (repackaging goods, small stock takes etc)

8. Help to create marketing collateral materials such as catalogues & brochures which include detailed product information & specifications along with associated images/illustrations etc.

9. Maintain accurate records of customer data such as contact information, order history, preferences, invoices, and quotes.

10. Ensure the line manager is made aware of major issues.

- Willingness to stay abreast of market trends related to our products & services.

**Salary**: £19,066.00-£19,846.00 per year
