**About us**

We are a niche external building fabric services provider and specialist contractor, providing a unique collection of technical façade services, abseiling access solutions for surveys, auditing and critical maintenance, roof defect repairs and waterproofing throughout the UK. Put simply, we revolutionise the performance and lifespan of buildings.

We are now looking for an experienced **Sales Support Administrator** to join the team, to support the Business Development and Account Managers to grow and expand.

**About you**

You will support all things sales-related, with a focus on the admin side (no direct sales). However, if you have ambitions to develop your skills to move into a dedicated sales or account management role later on, this is a great opportunity to learn about the business first and progress within a supportive environment.

In this role, you will provide essential, timely and accurate admin support to the sales team so that they may increase their face-to-face appointments and win sales.

You will be a team player with the ability to develop effective relationships quickly; the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload with mínimal supervision is essential, as is completing tasks to high standards and within agreed deadlines. Your common-sense approach to finding solutions and resolving queries will underpin your success in this role.

**Some of the key responsibilities of the role**
- Develop relationships with current clients and support the sales team to nurture and close opportunities through administrative excellence.
- Process new sales enquiries through Salesforce, monitor accounts and provide reports.
- Keep track of sales targets and prepare sales proposals and reports.
- Analyse customer lifetime value to support salespersons focus on key accounts.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure all sales collateral is up-to-date and available to the team.

**Your skills & experience**
- Experience of having worked within a sales environment will be an advantage but is not essential.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce would be great but we will train you.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Excellent verbal and accurate written communication skills.
- Knowledge of other systems, such as Teams, Flow, Forms, etc. would be useful.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with a proven ability to work to and meet tight deadlines and an ability to adapt to ever-changing workload priorities

**What you can expect in return**
- A starting salary between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, usually worked between 8:30 to 17:00
