**Who you’ll be working for**:
We** **are a Managed Service Provider based in Glasgow, providing IT support to a wide range of different customers throughout different vertical markets within Scotland and the UK.

Due to our continual growth, we are looking for an Administrator Apprentice to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role you will work alongside a fantastic sales and account management team, where you will gain great knowledge for business processes, billing, ordering and client vendor relationship management. In conjunction with the apprenticeship programme this is a great way to kick start your career

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process and provisioning of all telecoms orders, (provisioning will entail the order processing of broadband lines, connectivity)
- Use of MS packages, Excel spreadsheets and Teams for meetings and booking calendars / shared drives
- Raise tickets for queries relating to technical support
- Produce quotes and help build solution proposals with sales team
- Processing customer orders through management system - CRM - Autotask
- Liaise with the technical and service departments to inform customer responses and to manage orders and projects through to effective delivery
- Liaise with suppliers for best pricing and supplier deal registrations. Storing data within spreadsheets

**What we are looking for**:

- Confident individuals, with the ability to build customer/supplier relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Academic as you will work with figures
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of the team

**Salary**:

- £14,000 per annum

**Working hours**:

- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**Benefits**:

- 20 days a year holiday plus 8 bank holidays. This rises to 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays after 2 years’ service

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 or Level 8.
