**Sales Admin**

Our client a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in their sales team.

This role will require you to work every 2nd Saturday morning
- Sales Order Processing
- Review & check pricing, technical specification & Incoterms on customer orders
- Calling new potential customers to help grow the business
- Schedule customer Orders by raising internal Purchase orders
- Communicate Sales Order Acknowledgements to Customers
- Manage & Update the central Build & Despatch schedule and Sales Ledger
- Maintain Monthly Sales and order backlog
- File & maintain sales export paperwork & dispatch records
- Consistently provide a professional level of communication with customers

**Experience & Abilities**
- 2 years admin experience
- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing/ checking paperwork is essential
- Minimum of GCSE Math and English
- Excellent computer literacy skills -especially proficient in Excel & setting-up pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills across a range of international cultures & businesses
- Experience of working to set timeframes
- Customer focus
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written skills

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dungannon, County Tyrone: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
