Our Client based in Lympne is recruiting for a Returns Processing Administrator to work in the returns department.

This is a temporary to permanent position and duties include:
Processing returns to allow one of the following outcomes:
- Back into stock - assessing the quality of the item to see if the company can resell- Process for repair- Process for credit- Re-dispatch the parcel back to the customer

Non-system work would include removing labels from products containing customer information for GDPR reasons, packing parcels, building pallets.

The role would be Monday - Friday 0800am-1800pm with some occasional overtime / weekends.
