An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time team secretary / patient pathway administrator within Community Child Health at The Beacon, Folkestone

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person with a high standard of organisational skills to coordinate the patient pathway by ensuring a proactive, comprehensive, streamlined administrative process which revolves around the patient and their individual needs. The post holder will need to have excellent IT and communication skills, as well as being a team player, and have the ability to use their own initiative and work well under pressure as well as part of the team.

You will provide secretarial support for a Peadiatricians, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Nurse Specialist and therapy team. This will include accurate transcribing of clinic letters, booking appointments ensuring full utilisation of clinics and replacing any cancelled appointments. You will also be responsible for the cancelling of clinics in a timely manner for clinicians leave. Monitoring of the PTL is essential in this role, making sure we adhere to the 18 week pathway.
