This is a term time and permanent role, starting in April 2023.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Manage enquirers through to registration for all prospective families.
- Qualify leads using a heat status.
- Ensure enquirers are monitored and notes and files are regularly updated.
- Complete weekly calls to families to encourage them to visit Crosfields School or complete a registration form.
- Liaise with SLT to confirm tour slots for prospective families.
- Manage tour bookings for all prospective families.
- Complete the necessary follow up with families once they have visited the school either by attending an Open Event or a tour.
- Follow up with prospective families that register for events and tours but do not attend.
- Manage the Registrar inbox during term time to ensure all enquirers are followed up in a timely manner.
- Make suggestions to improve the customer journey from enquiry to registered family.
- Record incoming phone calls on the MIS system iSAMS.
- Ensure registration fees have been received daily and updated on iSAMS.
- Collate photos of pupils attending assessments and add to feedback forms.
- Attend recruitment events, including Open Events during the weekend (hosted twice per year) and occasional evenings.
- Audit new pupil records to ensure all paperwork is correctly stored, including photo consent and medical documents.
- Manage all call-back requests via the website form.
- Any tasks deemed appropriate by the Registrar, Director of External Relations, Bursar or Head.

**About you**

This role requires someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be required to make daily phone calls as part of the enquiry management process. You will need to quickly build relationships with new prospective families and book them into an event or a tour.

This role will be required to support recruitment events throughout the year, this includes two weekends per year and occasional evening.

**Experience**
- Understanding of iSAMS (desirable)
- Demonstrated track records of meeting and exceeding targets.

**Knowledge**
- Understanding of a day school model from Nursery to GCSE.
- Familiar working with data management systems

**Skills**
- Confident working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communicator and willing to speak to families regularly to help them through the admissions journey.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ready to be a brand ambassador of Crosfields School.
- Excellent attention to detail.
