As our labour force increases, we need some additional support within our HR function, and we have an opportunity to hire an additional HR Advisor to provide ongoing support to our HRBP.

As HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all managers and colleagues, to offer advice and guidance on policy, procedure, and statutory processes. Therefore, knowledge on Employee Relations is a must, to enable you to support the Operationalside of the business. You'll be advising on investigations, performance, and absence management, as well as managing disciplinary, grievance and any other ER cases.
You'll have the ability to work collaboratively with the wider HR team and your allocated business areas. Whilst it can be demanding at times, you'll be able to deal with the pressure and any challenge with ease.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
Support HR projects to ensure the company values are met
Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
Handling all Employee relation matters reliably and efficiently and in accordance with legislation and company policy and procedures.
Supporting managers with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
Assisting with any recruitment campaigns internal and externally
Support the delivery of the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives
Support and coach Managers with all formal and informal employee meetings
Deliver all ER Training and development

business
