**POSITION**: TEAM SECRETARY BAND 3 WORKING 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK - COMMUNITY AND ICC CARE GROUP
We are looking for a competent and professional Team Secretary working in Diabetes and Endocrinology, at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Team Secretary you will often act as Trust representative for our patients and therefore confidentiality is key at all times. You will provide a high standard of administration support to the Clinician’s their teams, interacting with other departments, patients and their visitors.

You should be educated to GCSE English Language (minimum C Grade) standard, be trained to RSA level 2 standard and/or an NVQ level 2 in Administration and/or have the equivalent experience, preferably having a medical administration background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as a positive approach to working in a team.
We are looking for someone with a pleasant, adaptable disposition who can remain calm under pressure and deal with a busy workload efficiently and effectively.

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
