**About the role**:
The Business & Project Support function has two primary functions; the first is to provide a capability to manage small scale project activities. The second is to provide business process support to the wider agency, drive innovation and find ways to collaborate more effectively.

The role will own reporting for clients, external partners and internal stakeholders providing commercial support and administration for client activity processed through Synergist, our agency management software. You’ll be commercially savvy, results-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day Synergist administration supporting client facing teams
- Reporting/Dashboarding for the commercial team and senior leadership
- Project tracking, revenue recognition and invoicing
- Ownership of Crown Commercial Service administration and reporting
- Leading multi-team meetings/Teams calls
- Client, contractor and supplier administration

**Requirements**:

- Experience of running administrative activities in a busy, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products, especially Excel
- Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
- Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated to meet and exceed high standards
- Passionate about data and data quality
- Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients in a consultative, constructive and objective manner
- Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude

It would also be beneficial, but not essential to be/have
- An understanding of the Crown Commercial Service
- Experience of tools such as: Synergist, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Ask Nicely
- Excel knowledge covering formulas, pivot tables etc.
- Expertise in setting up reports and dashboards
- Project management experience

**Vetting**

Due to the nature of this role and the business, you will need to either currently hold UK Government clearance to a minimum of SC level or be able to undergo and maintain this level of clearance.
