We are seeking a highly motivated, committed, and passionate individual to join this team, which works with both adults and children. You must have, Excellent communication skills, Able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, Flexible approach to work, Able to prioritise your workload, Work under your own initiative as well as under guidance from medical clinicians and line management.

To assist in the provision of a secretarial service for the spinal consultants and their teams, to type clinic letters and other clinical or general correspondence
from digital audio dictation/proof reading from digital dictation.

Book all patients appointments working alongside the RTT policy for patients pathways via ERS /Path point system.
To oversee all outcomes from clinic, making sure patients attendance / Imaging requests and therapy requests have been actioned by the clinical team.
Deal with all incoming telephone enquiries and written queries promptly and Efficiently, including appointment booking
Work as a team with the other medical secretaries/administrators as directed by the Unit Co-ordinator/Service Manager to ensure a high quality service is maintained at all times during office hours
Undertake appropriate scanning and filing of correspondence, clinic notes, test results, using Note On
