Senior HR Officer

My Client based in Harlow are looking to recruit a Senior HR Officer on a fixed term contract of 6-12 months.
Hybrid model available but must be able to travel once a week to their London office.
**Job Purpose**:
To provide proactive and comprehensive first line advice, guidance and support to all Managers and all employees on all aspects of employee relations and Terms and Conditions of Employment. To provide a generic advisory role across the full breadth of theemployee lifecycle and additional HR activities as required. This will include supporting the practical global mobilisation of staff process.
The post holder will contribute to defined specific workforce focused project work for example policy development, disciplinary and grievance processes, line management development.
**Essential Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- Ability to work on own initiative and plan and organise own workload.
- Knowledge of terms and conditions of service relevant to a range of staff.
- Excellent communication, influencing, mediation skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of broad-based HR Officer experience
- Professional certification by the CIPD Level 7 and above desirable
