Your ability to identify and onboard top talent will serve as the catalyst for Deriv’s worldwide expansion, shaping our corporate culture and laying the foundation for our leadership in the fintech sector. Through your meticulous selection process, you’ll build the future of Deriv, one exemplary hire at a time.

**Your challenges**
- Source and hire top-tier talent for Deriv’s global offices to set the stage for organisational success and ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Deriv’s evolving talent needs.
- Craft compelling content in partnership with the marketing team, spotlighting Deriv’s unique attributes through videos, articles, and social media campaigns.
- Utilise and analyse data-driven approaches to offer actionable insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment effectiveness.

**What you have**
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in finance or tech
- University degree in human resources or a related field
- Capability in recruitment marketing, employer brand-building experience
- Strong grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in office management software such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to grasp new systems and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
