Do you have a passion for working with children?

We have an opportunity to work as a learning support assistant in a Welsh Medium primary school in the Cardiff area.

In this role you will work closely with the class teachers, to provide support for a class of children. It will be a mixture of 1:1 role and general TA.

This role is a full time role.

This will be working 8.30 am - 3.15 pm Monday - Friday. The role will start on a temporary basis but will potentially turn into a permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant further down the line.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist teacher with resources, tidying classroom, setting up and clearing down activities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management techniques
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements**:

- **Experience working in a classroom as a teaching assistant**:

- Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
- Hold a Right to Work (UK)
- Provide professional references from previous employers

Do you have recent experience as a classroom assistant or working in a nursery?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Pay: £80.00-£95.00 per day

Expected hours: 35 per week
