**Salary**: £26,000 - £32,000 (with potential OTE of £10,000)
**Location**: Bracknell
**Type**: Full-time, Permanent with the opportunity of working from home 1 day a week

Our client based in Bracknell is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join their B2C Sales Team.
You will be responsible to provide and ensure a premium customer experience and journey selling products and services, understanding the customer's needs and offering the best solution for their requirements.
We are looking for a natural communicator with the passion and desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding the client's needs by offering the right solution to reach each different goal
- Manage and maintain the ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order is processed whilst keeping the wider business informed
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
- Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Sales force is a plus)
- Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets
**Skills and Experience**:
- Prior Sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Strong customer relations
- To be a team player and work well under pressure
- Past experience working with CRM and pipeline management
- To be a go-getter and have a "refuse to lose" mentality
