One of the UK's fastest growing independent companies are recruiting for an **Internal Sales Executive** to join their family run business and grow within their company.
The **Internal Sales Executive** will ideally have 1 year experience within B2B Business Development and Telesales with excellent customer service skills. The company will provide ongoing training to develop you into a Sales Executive Role andthen eventually into a Senior Sales Role.
**Internal Sales Executives will be offered a fantastic financial package including**:
- Basic salary of £18000-£24000 plus OTE
- Pension
- Benefits and Bonus
- Training and Development provider
**Key Duties for the I nternal Sales Executive role will include;**
- Making outbound calls to clients on a daily basis to new accounts and existing customers
- Identify new opportunities via customers and their needs
- Managing and updating the CRM
**Role Requirements;**
- Drive and ambition to succeed
- Strong objection handling
- Ability to manage different tasks
- Keen on developing and learning
- Have a strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, aptitude for process and problem solving
