**Mechanical Estimator**

**Requirements**:

- Established background in Estimating
- Estimating/Tendering for projects from the sectors above
- Able to plan workload for themselves with others to ensure delivery to specific deadlines
- Communication skills and ability to form connections with the internal and external clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
- Attention to detail

Duties
- Monthly valuations, forecast, monitoring and reporting on material spend
- Liaising with the design department.
- Preparation of Tenders
- Analysing specifications
- Enquiring subcontractors
- Meetings with teams
- Site visits
- Preparation of Electrical tenders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Freelance

**Salary**: £50,872.39-£55,436.22 per year
