**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Accreditation/QMS Manager and wider team
- Support colleagues, peers, and internal customers to ensure effective delivery of products and services
- Accurate maintenance of customer database and other records
- Production of data and reports
- Attendance at meetings and minute/note taking where required
- Responding to queries related to the accreditation and recognised assessment standards, in line with agreed SLAs for response times, referring on or escalating appropriately where applicable
- Efficient coordination and allocation of assessors
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services, systems and processes
- Adherence to the data protection act, PCI standards and other compliance requirements
- Pro-actively seek out business and process improvement opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
