- Microsoft Office Knowledge.

**The Role -**
- To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
- Effectively managing customer requests and queries, using the CRM system to record all communication.
- Liaise with other departments efficiently and as required, showing initiative.

**The Person -**
- Punctual and professional
- Experience within a busy customer services environment, with excellent customer awareness and focus
- First-rate communication and interpersonal skills
- Demands high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to set customer expectation and resolve all queries at first point of call where possible.
- Need to be flexible and a strong team player as the role will develop over time
- A true passion for building a career and to grow within the organisation is required
- To represent Fischer Future Heat UK with integrity at all times.
- Any other duties which are considered commensurate to the role.
