Primary Duties:

- Waiting and serving customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Bartending, including preparing cocktails and serving beverages.
- Basic understanding of Wine and Sommelier Service.
- Handling Coffee orders and preparing hot beverages.
- Directing guest queries to the appropriate department as needed.
- Taking guest bookings for the restaurant.
- Showing guests to event spaces as required.
- Answer general enquiries about the hotel, spa and grounds.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Regular cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organised work environment.
- Being flexible to adapt to a variety of tasks.
- Using initiative and common sense to handle unexpected situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality industry (ideal)
