Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Field House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
  • Work from care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
