We are delighted to be recruiting for a **Tender Co-ordinator** for our Energy client based in Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent role, competitive salary negotiable by experience, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:
Be the focal point for CRM system and managing initial pre-qualification enquires; liaising with internal departments

Assist with tenders and support internal marketing

Assist with Bid activities, writing text, preparing presentations, procurement, marketing information etc

Create awareness of CRM system for all users

Producing weekly reports for meetings and management information

Building up cost models to assist with bid estimating for management approval

**Skills and Experience required for the Tender Coordinator role**:
Experience with CRM package (Salesforce, Dynamics etc) is an advantage

Attention to detail, IT Literate, experienced in using Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel

Quality of all tender and proposals documentation and delivery

Compliance and timely/accurate upkeep of tender and proposals register

Accurate upkeep of the Tender & Proposals processes and procedures

Experience in either Marine, Renewables, Oil & Gas or other energy related industries an advantage
