**Role Description**

Do you want to build a career in food marketing and work in an entrepreneurial environment?

Come and join us This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active B2B E-commerce Executive. Being able to work at pace from strategy to execution is key for this role.

You will be responsible for maximizing the B2B Online Ordering opportunity by increasing the % customers ordering online and their average order working in partnership with our ecommerce agency and for increasing customers’ engagement via CRM / B2B communication launching the adequate CRM platform for Rollover.

This role is a full-time position based in Slough (Burnham station on the Elizabeth line) with a hybrid working option 3 days Working from Home (optional). You’ll report to the Head of Marketing.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Updating the website on a day-to-day basis (content, visuals, etc.)
- Increasing % customers ordering online
- Increasing average order per customer
- Defining and implementing a promotional plan
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create a marketing & sales automation program
- Community management of Customers staff working on Rollover
- Creating a Brand Ambassador program and animating it on a weekly basis
- Making recommendations for testing and optimisation on an on-going basis

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in B2B E commerce
- Experience with:

- Google analytics
- Back-end website management
- a CMS (Experience with Magento and Dotdigital is a plus)
- A/B Testing
- HTML / CSS is a plus
- Strong Project Management skills from initial brief, development through to delivery: your job is to make things happen
- Experience working with agencies and cross functionally
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and turn data into actionable insight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working in challenging environment
