Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Trainee HR Administrator to work for a business based in Sheffield.
This is a fast paced HR role with lots of visibility supporting key areas of the business in an operational capacity and will be a great starting role for a Graduate or Professional individual looking to take their first step in their HR career.
The company offer hybrid working, 33 days holiday and great staff discounts.
Main Responsibilities of the Trainee HR Administrator will include:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to offer
- Support with all Employee Relations tasks including absence management, disciplinaries etc.
- Ensure effective tracking of absence management including analysing trends and providing relevant data
- Support in conducting exit interviews
- Managing the HR inbox
- Supporting the HR Advisors with any other tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills
