Food & Beverage Administration Apprentice

Our Food & Beverage Administration Apprentice will report to the Operations Manager, will work closely with the General Manager, F&B manager and Head Chef, and liaise with all other members of staff.
Tasks will include the following, however the list is not exhaustive:
- Health & Safety - assist with internal audit completion, poster displays, checklists, making labels, menus.
- Training - organise and maintain records & coordinate training (manuals, e-learning and face-to-face).
- Stock take - data entry.
- Arranging interviews and preparing paperwork.
- Assist with new starters, system set up and support including various apps, department induction paperwork.
- Updating noticeboards.
- Assist with department reporting.
- Liaise with HR for staff uniform/locker requirements.
- Schedule performance reviews.
- Placing orders.
- Updating rota.
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Supporting with x1 front of house and x1 back of house team member shift per week.
- Adhoc collection of goods from local suppliers.
You will be completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, you will be mentored in the work place by another experienced Chef and supported by Inspiro Learning, who will help you on your learning and development journey throughout the Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer meeting with you on a regular basis to deliver the training.

**Salary**: From £224.70 per week
