**Your Responsibilities**:
During this temporary assignment you will be supporting two key activities:

- The scanning of employment contracts to an electronic folder for onward distribution to our People Services team,
- The administration of our time and attendance system. This will include monitoring clocking data, running reports, and compiling data for payroll.
- In addition, you may support the HR team with additional tasks as required including, scheduling of interviews, raising purchase orders, policy administration, monitoring of HR inbox, update notice boards, support with events organization and distribution HR communications.
