As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the company. This is a self-employed contract, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle data entry, document management, and filing.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
**Communication**:
- Liaise with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
**Organization**:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
**Other Duties**:
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Access to your own car for commuting to work and other job-related tasks.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
