The Red Lion in Penyffordd is a local, lively and friendly pub & restaurant, focused on offering exceptional experiences to all of our guests.We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team.

Tasks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the bar area.
- Possess an extensive knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and whiskies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Skillfully select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
- Conduct regular stocktaking to manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar, front-of-house, and other designated areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to cultivate relationships with patrons and team members.
- Strong leadership skills, leading by example and promoting effective teamwork.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales of products and services.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
