Breakfast Supervisor

**Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Breakfast Manager to join our team.**

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is a leading national provider of food service management, The new Blossoms hotel is looking for a Breakfast supervisor to lead our team on a daily basis.

**The position**: We are looking for a breakfast supervisor for our location in Chester. The position will report directly to the hotel manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation and service of breakfast for guests at the restaurant.
- Ensure that breakfast items are replenished and that quality standards are met throughout the process from ordering to serving.
- Ensure that a clean and sanitary kitchen is maintained including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, etc.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff follows local and national regulations regarding food service.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £8.80-£10.92 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
