Job Overview: We are a leading supplier of medical equipment to both the NHS and the private sector. To support our growth and enhance our services, we have recently expanded our office in Irvine, Ayrshire. This has created an exciting opportunity for a new Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle complex customer queries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Accurately Input customer orders into our system
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer service issues, and to develop and implement customer-focused initiatives
- Identify and analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Learn and provide cover for other roles within the company
- Assist other members of staff when required
**Qualifications**:
- A-Level or higher qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Confident working with MS Office and able to pick up new systems and processes
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Previous experience in the medical / Healthcare sector is highly desired but not essential for this role.
