SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry (CV6) who are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to join the team
£50,000 - £55,000

Job Purpose
To drive and enable creative development and concepts for corporate and commercial creative, managing the development of International brands in line with company objectives. Management of the Global website function and the internal communications strategy.
Accountabilities
1. Be accountable for creating and developing the website strategy, including the UX, and the look and feel which must be in line with Residential and Commercial brand guidelines. This will include a new website build during 2023.
2. Have an active role in the management of the delivery and then ongoing management of the new B2B customer portal.
3. Scope, define and deliver digital projects in line with business needs and objectives.
4. Develop a new internal communications strategy which keeps team members informed about business strategy, products and services and engaged with colleagues across the globe
5. Effectively manage the relationships with external creative and website agencies, freelancers and suppliers working closely to develop new and exciting concepts, to ensure the brand is constantly evolving and challenged, in response to company requirements.This includes the management of SEO, but please note that PPC and Social falls under the regional teams.
6. Together with the approved creative agency maintain the corporate and commercial brand guidelines ensuring that all creative material (company wide) falls in-line with these, maintaining and evolving the look and feel of all the branding and arranging theupdating and distributing of the guidelines when necessary.
7. Develop the creative and online content plan on a rolling 12-24 month basis ensuring they are aligned with the regional marketing teams and 'central' plans.
8. Work with the Collateral Marketing Executive to understand the regional marketing teams requirements and support the creative development of central marketing outputs, this may include literature, digital communications, advertising, exhibitions and events;support with research and a variety of design ideas/options where required.
9. Showcase product features and benefits through the creative development and outputs; work closely with the Design Team to gain a clear understanding of all product and brand rationale.
10. Manage time and tasks effectively to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner in order to adhere to deadlines and project timelines.
11. Working with the insights team, review statistical information from customer surveys and google analytics to make future recommendations for improvements to the website.
12. Provide creative input to the structured Marketing process, liaising with internal departments to ensure completion of marketing projects.
13. Foster, initiate and enable good working relationships with key internal departments and individuals particularly the regional marketing teams.
14. Prepare budgets for the section and monitor and control expenditure within approved limits and in line with the business plan.
15. Management of four team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

**Qualifications**:
A Design-related degree / minimum 5 years experience within a creative studio
Specific Requirements
Coventry based but must be able to travel to Solihull
Must hold a passport and have a flexible approach to global travel
Full clean UK driving licence
A commitment to embrace design and collaborative teamwork as an ethos
Out of hours work including overnight stays as needed.
