**Salary**:£39,742 - £46,755 depending on skills & experience

**The Opportunity**
As our Digital and Website Specialist you’ll be the company expert in managing the Cadent website, social media channels and digital solutions. You'll understand the business and customer needs from the website and social media and consider the available solutionsto optimise user experience. Alongside you'll lead the planning, production and delivery of effective digital content and communications assets (including social media) with appropriate governance and workflow in place in support of business strategy and alignedwith the information and service needs of stakeholders and customers.

**Day To Day**
- Developing a digital strategy and plan for the business based on the needs of stakeholders, ensuring you monitor its effectiveness and measure ROI
- Ensuring the website and social media channels are responsive and informative including supporting our digital crisis communications response
- Be the expert in providing innovative solutions to build our presence, protect brand reputation and improve user experience
- Managing day-to-day analytics and webmaster tools, monitoring traffic, page performance, rankings and performance management of content
- Implementing and managing PPC, SEO and other digital marketing paid advertising platforms to achieve campaign objectives as required
- Providing insight and recommendations across all existing and emerging channels
- Making web changes, adding and uploading content as required with technical knowledge of CMS systems
- Development, implementation, tracking and optimising of all digital marketing campaigns to drive online self service
- Managing relationships with suppliers and partners to deliver the CMS, web development, integrated solutions and campaign development
- Monitoring and reporting on industry trends, reporting on external insights
- Maintaining and managing adherence to policies, processes and data protection regulations, plus management of automated and calendar campaign activity, through delivery of creative HTML solutions and templates
- Building video campaigns, filming, editing and executing campaigns to deliver key business messages
- Providing appropriate training for web and social channels to wider communications team as necessary

**What You'll Bring**

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, qualification and experience
- Self driven professional development
- Post-graduate qualification
- Degree in business, digital marketing or communication desirable
- Digital qualifications

**General**:

- Track record of managing a CMS, social media channels and digital solutions for a large, regulated, or complex business, working at pace in a busy team.
- Good level of understanding of digital communication, content production processes, editorial quality control and agency management
- Demonstrate experience in successfully delivering high profile campaigns across a number of stakeholders and online channels
- Experience of channel performance monitoring and reporting
- Copy writing and proof-reading experience
- Good stakeholder management with ability to plan and prioritise key tasks according to business and team commitments
- Experience in content and channel management with a great eye for detail
- Presentation skills to be expert digital advisor to Communications team
- Hands on experience of video editing, webinars, chat functionality and channel building
- Analytical experience with good Excel knowledge for reportingKnowledge of industry best
