**Job description**

**Objective**

Applications are now welcome for the role of Clinical Lead at Bridge of Weir.

Our care home has an excellent local reputation for high quality care and offers dementia and physical disability nursing care packages in beautiful, modern surroundings.

The role is a permanent, full-time contract working 38.5 hours per week, providing support mainly days, but night shifts when required.

A competitive salary and inclusion in the compnay pension scheme is on offer. NMC and PVG fees are also covered by the company.

A comprehensive induction with extensive training and career progression prospects are all part of the onboarding and personal development ethos that is espoused widely within the company.

As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.

The Clinical Lead will also demonstrate the below attributes:

- Motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own personal skills and knowledge
- Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to give constructive feedback to others without judgement, in a manner that motivates a willingness to improve standards

- Have a friendly, open and trustworthy personality who maintains confidences
- Excellent written skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to.
