- **Position**:
- Overall purpose of the job.
To play a key role an efficient and effective HR support service to the Go Inspire Group. To be the first line contact on all people related issues; advise and assist line managers and employees with accurate and consistent support ensuring that empathetic and professional support is always given. This role will be the key escalation point for operational HR.
- Main Duties & Targets.
- Manage staff relationships by acting as the first point of contact for line manager and employees, resolving queries or problems and ensuring that expectations are managed.
- Oversee the HR Advisory function across the group, acting as escalation point for any queries.
- Advise on various HR and employee relation queries throughout the site, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, long term sickness, attendance, absence management etc.
- Assist Managers and employees in the interpretation and implementation of Company policies and procedures.
- Support line managers with grievance and disciplinary investigations and hearings.
- Ensure appropriate and consistent processes are implemented including record keeping (i.e. HR records, eLearning & training, HR System) and the accurate and timely management of new starters and leavers.
- Provide advice on change management initiatives; Organisational; Departmental restructures; Job role design; TUPE transfers; Redundancy, and empower delivery of great customer service.
- Development and delivery of quarterly HR workshops to train and support the business in areas such as Attendance Management and Performance Management.
- Manage and cascade an effective Learning & Development programme across the group, working with our parent company.
- Project manage and successfully conclude the end to end cycle of assigned HR projects.
- Review KPI’s and HR data to identify trends, working with the Group HR Business Partner to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensuring adherence to the General Data Protection Regulations, the Immigration and Asylum Act, Anti-Slavery, Anti Bribery, Gender Pay Gap, and all other relevant legal requirements and always look for ways to streamline the process, whilst maintaining high accuracy and control.
- In addition to the above, we may require you to carry out any other duties within your reasonable competence**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role, within a production environment would be an advantage.
CIPD Level 5 achieved and practiced.
Experience in supporting the business with employee relations activity such as absence management, capability and investigation and disciplinary processes.
Deliver a quality first line advisory service; coaching managers on policy and procedure to ensure adherence to best practice.
Be confident in the use of Excel to report and analyse data
Strong written and verbal skill.
Excellent knowledge of HR laws, regulations, TUPE & change management
A strong and influential communicator with high energy and positive outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prepare and report on sensitive and complex information as required
A working knowledge of recruitment and on-boarding processes
Use of HR systems and Microsoft Office products**Other information**:
