- Privately owned Carberry Tower Mansion House is one of the most magnificent Castles of Scotland and is a luxury establishment set within its own stunning 36 acre Estate._
- Our professional and motivated team always strive for excellence in service standards, and with our ‘culture of honour’ in the household, to work for us is to work within a respectful and yet fun-loving team We currently operate:_
- _A 36 cover Bistro (open 7 days a week 12pm - 10pm)_
- _30 bedrooms inclusive of 7 suites with room service_
- _Private Dining facilities in various function spaces_
- _Banqueting Pavilion which can cater for up to 150_
- _Extensive Estate Grounds for corporate and other use, such as team building, mini highland games, laser clays, treasure hunts_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.42 per hour
